Transfer Private Cask ownership

Please note that as a general rule, the ownership transfer is limited to once per year for each individual cask.
Also, private casks are limited in individual ownership quantity depending on each year. Please note that if you own more than the limit, we will refuse the transfer.
Below, the person currently registered as the cask owner is referred to as the current cask owner, and the person who has been transferred from the current cask owner and becomes the new holder is referred to as the new cask owner /you.
Please note that only the new cask owner can request the ownership transfer on this page.
In addition, when transferring the ownership, if it is not possible to obtain the approval of the current owner due to inheritance, etc., or if the cask owner is a corporation, it is due to unavoidable circumstances such as a company name change, merger, liquidation, or selling off the company, please contact us from here;
Please use the information of the new cask owner for the name, e-mail address, address, and phone number to be registered in the procedure.
Information other than the new cask owner cannot be accepted.

1. If you are a new cask owner, please follow the procedure on this page and enter the following information about the private cask owned by the current owner in the remarks column in the cart.

2. Please enter the information of the new cask owner on The Orderer Information page.
Once the order is confirmed, we will contact the current owner that you (the new cask owner) have applied for the transfer procedure. (At this point, the ownership transfer has not been completed.)

3. We will notify the current cask owner by email that you have applied for the ownership transfer procedure.
If the current cask owner approves the transfer, we will receive a reply of approval.

If the current cask owner does not approve or does not reply to the e-mail within 2 weeks, we will cancel this transfer request.
4. With the current cask owner's consent to this transfer, the name of the cask will be changed to the new cask owner.
