Angels share of Shizuoka Distillery
Angels share refers to a phenomenon in which, during the process of maturing whisky in a cask, the spirits evaporate from the cask into the air, reducing the amount in the cask.
In Scotland, it is said that an average of 2%, and in Japan, it is said to be higher at 3-5%.
The Shizuoka Distillery is located in a warm environment in Japan and is maturing quickly. As a result, it has become clear that a considerable portion of the Angels' share evaporates.

You can choose the Alcohol Percentage; from 46.0% to the cask strength.
Due to the manufacturing process, bottling at different strengths ( half cask strength and half 46%abv, etc.) cannot be accepted.
